This is literally what the radio broadcaster said earlier when giving the weather forecat for today. I think it's the use of the word "just" that I find so amusing :)

HE must have worke don the west coast of glasgow at one point as thats about as much as they say there too! Don't worry summer is on its way, our leaves are turning here!
